Life and Education
Hüseyin Hüsnü Karakullukçu was born in the Görele district of Giresun on June 15, 1948. He continued his education at Ankara Gazi High School and graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1970.
The Beginning of a Legal Career
He began his legal career as a Deputy of the Council of State on February 17, 1973. He became a Council of State Investigating Judge on May 14, 1981.

He was elected as a member of the Council of State on August 31, 2000. He first served in the 2nd Chamber of the Council of State, and later in the 1st Chamber of the Council of State.
He was elected President of the Council of State on June 8, 2011 and assumed this important duty.

Karakullukçu, who graduated from the Paris International Public Administration Institute, speaks fluent French.
Law Career
He received his attorney's license on April 15, 2015 and continues his career as a freelance lawyer registered with the Ankara Bar Association.
