Leman Kalafatoğlu was born in Ankara in 1980.
He graduated from Kocaeli University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration in 2002.

Career Start

He started his professional career at Kuşman Bilgisayar as the Fako Pharmaceutical Manager.
Later, in 2012, she worked as a Legal Assistant at McDonald's, part of Anadolu Holding.

Marketing and Finance Career

In 2018, she started working as Marketing Manager at Avenue Dış Ticaret A.Ş.
He currently serves as a Board Member and Deputy General Manager responsible for Finance at Kale Group.
